Job summary

Diehl Collision of South Hills is seeking an experienced Start-to-Finish Collision Repair Technician to join our growing team. You will manage the complete repair process—from teardown to final reassembly—with pride and precision.

You will perform repairs independently, ensure high quality workmanship, and collaborate with estimators, painters, and management to keep repairs on schedule. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, ongoing

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair experience is required.
• Ability to complete repairs independently from start to finish.
• Frame and structural repair experience is a plus.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete collision repairs from teardown through final assembly.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Complete metal work, panel alignment, and vehicle reassembly.
• Diagnose repair needs and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Ensure repairs meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to keep repairs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
