Diehl Collision of South Hills is seeking an experienced Start-to-Finish Collision Repair Technician to own every repair from teardown to final reassembly. The role requires handling complete repairs, including disassembly and reassembly, with high attention to quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have collision repair experience and can work independently through all stages, with preference for frame/structural repair know-how and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair experience required.
• Ability to complete repairs independently from start to finish.
• Experience with frame and structural repairs is a plus.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete collision repairs from teardown through final assembly.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components.
• Complete metal work, panel alignment, and vehicle reassembly.
• Diagnose repair needs and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Ensure repairs meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to keep repairs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
