Job summary

Firelands Collision by Diehl is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our collision repair team. This role focuses on high-quality repairs, panel replacement, and precision alignment to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience required.
Valid driver's license.
I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience with frame and structural repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality collision and auto body repairs.
Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
Complete structural and frame repairs as needed.
Perform metal finishing, bodywork, and panel alignment.
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for collision repairs.
Follow repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Work efficiently with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
