Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair, collision repair, frame repair, structural repair, dent repair, panel replacement, welding and vehicle restoration.
• Ability to read and follow repair estimates and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy collision shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive collision and body repairs according to repair procedures
• Repair vehicles involved in minor and major collisions
• Remove and replace damaged body panels and components
• Perform dent repair and metal straightening
• Complete structural and frame repairs as required
• Perform welding and related metal repair procedures
• Repair or replace bumpers, fenders, doors, quarter panels, hoods, and other components
• Disassemble vehicles and identify additional or hidden collision damage
• Communicate with estimators, parts personnel, painters, and management during repair process
• Ensure proper fit, alignment, and operation of repaired components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
