Job summary

KMK Consulting, Inc. seeks a data and analytics professional with experience in patient and commercial analytics for the pharmaceutical industry, including CAR-T cell therapy analytics.

You will support end-to-end analytics delivery across oncology and other therapeutic areas, generating insights to drive brand strategy and commercial performance. You will lead analyses, build dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and medical teams to translate analytics into business

Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics.
• Experience supporting CAR-T cell therapy analytics and oncology workflows.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with IQVIA, Komodo, and Symphony Health datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and statistical models (Tableau/Power BI implied).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial analytics engagements, delivering patient, prescriber, and market insights for top pharma brands.
• - Conduct patient journey, adherence, persistence, and line-of-therapy analyses using claims and EHR data.
• - Build automated dashboards and statistical models to support commercial decision-making and brand strategy.
• - Support targeting and segmentation frameworks to optimize field deployment and enhance HCP engagement.
• - Track brand performance, launch readiness, KPIs, competitor activity, and promotional effectiveness.
• - Integrate external datasets (IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony) with internal CRM and marketing data to deliver cross-channel insights.
