Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• 5-7 years related experience as a business analyst/tester.
• Ability to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain a clearance. US citizenship required.
• Ability to analyze, understand, and document complex business processes.
• Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with customers, SMEs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand needs, goals, and constraints.
• Gather and analyze requirements via interviews, workshops, surveys, prototypes, and document reviews.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
• Develop test strategies, test cases, and execution of testing aligned to requirements.
• Prepare user acceptance testing with external users and manage defects.
