adidas in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Manager Development Apparel to lead end-to-end development for medium complexity products from concept to production readiness. You will collaborate with pattern, material experts, product marketing, design and suppliers to deliver high-quality garments.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in garment construction, costing and testing, with a hybrid work model and an in-office presence Monday-Thursday in LA, with Friday remote where possible.

Qualifications

  • University degree in clothing technology or manufacturing.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant apparel product development experience.
  • Combination of education, experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development from concept to production readiness.
  • Manage fit approval, size specs and workmanship decisions.
  • Provide technical solutions for manufacturability and material properties.
  • Review costing information to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure fabrics, trims, colors and samples meet adidas quality standards.
  • Support cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.
