Surge is hiring a Production & Warehouse Associate to join the packaging and inspection team in Findlay, Ohio. You will handle labeling, counting, and visual inspection of finished plastic products to meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Line Operators on line start-ups, shutdowns, and downstream equipment setup, while performing physical labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. PPE and safety rules are essential.

Qualificações

• Previous manufacturing, production, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to communicate effectively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety-first practices and maintain PPE.
• Perform final visual inspections of finished products for quality.
• Apply labels and ensure proper identification of outputs.
• Count and track units produced on the line.
• Package finished goods according to SOPs and customer specs.
• Assist Line Operators with start-ups and shutdowns.
• Support tooling changes and changeovers.
• Maintain knowledge of product and packaging specs.
