Tucker Paving, Inc. is seeking experienced End Dump Drivers in Central Florida to support daily project operations. The role requires operating end dump trucks safely on construction sites and public roadways while transporting materials such as dirt and rock.

The ideal candidate has a CDL, 2+ years of dump truck experience, and a safety-minded approach. Expect a full-time schedule, weekend overtime as needed, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of dump truck experience preferred.
• Experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck on construction sites and roads.
• Transport materials such as dirt, rock, asphalt, and other construction materials.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and field crews.
• Assist with general job site needs as required.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
