Job summary

Tucker Paving Inc. is seeking an experienced End Dump Driver to support our Central Florida construction projects. The ideal candidate will operate end dump trucks, transport materials, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This full-time role requires a valid CDL, at least two years of dump truck experience, and a team-oriented mindset. Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime; we offer a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license required.
• Minimum 2 years of dump truck experience preferred.
• Experience working in a construction environment preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck on construction sites and public roadways.
• Transport materials such as dirt, rock, asphalt, and other construction materials.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and field crews.
• Assist with general job site needs as required.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
