Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an Equipment Operator to perform daily maintenance, operate heavy equipment safely, and contribute to project success. You will participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

The role requires a valid Class A or B license, 12+ months of construction driving experience, and thorough knowledge of heavy equipment such as End dumps and Belly dumps.

Qualifications

• Last 10 years of work history must be indicated in the application.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant driving experience in the construction industry.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Operational knowledge of trucks and related equipment (End dump, Belly dump, Tandem, Flow Boy, Super dump).
• Experience with off-highway driving in construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies.
• Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends to meet project needs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT rules and company requirements.
