CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document data and processes, write SQL queries, and produce reports supporting business needs. You will work with large data sets in a data warehouse and collaborate with stakeholders to drive system enhancements.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant programming or analytical experience.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and reports.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
• Healthcare claims/encounters experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and document business data and processes; conduct root cause analysis.
• Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and production/ad hoc reports.
• Identify system enhancements to support strategic goals and outcomes.
• Develop test scripts, execute them, and report outcomes or defects.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
