Job summary

Schneider Electric's Digital Power division seeks a Service Operations Specialist for Factory Assembled Enclosures in Smyrna, TN to coordinate orders, shipments, and ERP data across manufacturing and logistics teams.

You will liaise with Design Engineering, Planning, and Order Services to expedite orders, manage ESPS and SAP/S4 entries, and maintain accurate progress notes. This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in high paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis is required.
• Familiarity with ERP and costing systems.
• Hybrid work schedule with on-site presence in Smyrna, TN weekly.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Independent work style with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and update Progress Points.
• Send Submittal Approval Requests and track design drafts.
• Evaluate enclosure orders for validity and coordinate with Sales/Customers.
• Respond to emails and provide delivery commitments from stakeholders.
• Process packing slips and ensure correct SAP/S4 addresses.
• Update ESPS notes to document order progression.
