Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Liaison in Mount Juliet, TN. The role serves as the bridge between manufacturing and engineering to minimize production interruptions and ensure commitments to customers are met.

The ideal candidate will interpret complex electrical schematics, review BOMs, and work with Symmetry/LDS/SEE XP/ODM+ software. A 2-year technical degree is preferred with 4+ years in electrical distribution manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings for medium voltage equipment.
• Hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Proficiency in Symmetry, LDS, SEE XP, ODM+ and related software.
• Strong time management to meet acknowledgement and normalization timeframes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and normalize engineering issues throughout the manufacturing process.
• Provide feedback to engineering to minimize repetitive issues.
• Review drawings, BOM, and schematics to resolve identified challenges.
• Understand 3D models and 2D drawings to identify parts and their relationship to the BOM.
• Coordinate with production and other support functions to resolve engineering issues promptly.
