Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Manager for our Building Science Solutions team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This hybrid-flexible role requires in-office presence 3x per week and up to 50% travel.

You will manage enclosure projects, review drawings, and support field testing, while preparing professional reports and maintaining client relationships. The position offers growth in building enclosure consulting and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or architectural engineering.
• 3+ years in Building Enclosure consulting industry.
• Ability to travel up to 70% outside the local area.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and lead Building Enclosure consulting efforts.
• Review plans, specs, and shop drawings for enclosures.
• Support field performance testing and water leakage testing.
• Prepare technical reports and mark-up details.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Travel as needed up to 70%.
