Job summary

ECS Southeast, LLP is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Associate in Memphis, TN to support building envelope consulting projects through field investigations, testing, and report preparation.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate envelope performance, support construction quality, and deliver practical solutions for diverse facilities. Strong growth and mentorship are available in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering (NCARB).
• 2+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licenses/certifications preferred: PE, RA, IIBEC certifications (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP) or BECxP/CxA+BE

Responsibilities

• Support multiple building science & infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate site activities and communicate with field staff, subcontractors, and senior managers.
• Assist with proposals, change orders, project budgets, and invoices.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing observations, testing results, and recommendations.
• Interface with clients in project meetings and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
