• Complete all required service‑related documentation.
• Work in a variety of environments, including rooftops, crawl spaces, and attics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Skilled labor experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check, a physical exam, and a drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and using both hands.
• Install encapsulation in low‑light conditions.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
• Work in all types of weather conditions—including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow, and ice.
• Noise level in work environment is generally loud, depending on the worksite (e.g., new construction, vacuuming insulation).
