Job summary

Essex Solutions in the United States - Indiana region is seeking an Enameling Line Operator to operate enamel lines and ovens in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality magnet wire production that aligns with the control plan and plant goals.

The role requires reading and following manufacturing instructions, monitoring processes, performing start-ups and changeovers, and maintaining safety and environmental compliance while assisting in training new associates.

Responsibilities

• Operate enamel lines/ovens in a safe, efficient manner to achieve high quality magnet wire manufacturing results.
• Set up and operate enamel lines and associated equipment.
• Monitor machine processes and make timely adjustments.
• Read, understand, and follow manufacturing instructions, work instructions and setup sheets.
• Perform start-ups, changeovers, and related welding tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and comply with environmental rules and safety regulations.
• Complete forms, checklists, audits, and other required paperwork.
• Assist in training new associates.
