Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field or equivalent amount of previous relevant experience.
• Five (5) years production supervision experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook).
• Ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Safety: lead safety audits and maintain safe work environment.
• Production: schedule and supervise shift, monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Quality: ensure products meet specifications and resolve issues promptly.
• Development: coach and develop hourly employees; enforce policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
