Responsibilities

• Operate continuous enameling oven(s) and run equipment in designated area.
• Set up machinery or adjust setup to meet manufacturing instructions for ovens.
• Perform safe operation of machinery and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Inspect wire or product for defects both visually and manually.
• Brazing bare wire knots and checking finish spools for quality.
• Reject defective material and document defect type.
• Identify and correct poor spooling.
• Manage hazardous waste and dispose in proper containers.
• Maintain required records and collect data using computerized equipment.
