Responsibilities

• Operate enamel lines safely and efficiently to maintain high-quality magnet wire production.
• Set up and adjust enamel lines and ovens as required by manufacturing instructions.
• Monitor machine processes and make timely adjustments to optimize output.
• Comply with safety rules, environmental regulations, and required trainings.
• Read, understand, and follow all manufacturing instructions, work instructions and setup sheets.
• Assist in training new associates as needed.
• Complete forms, checklists, audits, and other paperwork as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
