Kohler Co. is hiring an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) for the Enamel Shop at our Kohler, WI location. The role involves handling, preparing, and inspecting castings for enameling, operating robots, and supporting team members on a 3rd shift schedule with overtime as needed.

Starting hourly rate is $26.55 with day‑1 benefits, plus a $1.50 shift differential and comprehensive health, retirement, and tuition support programs to help you grow inside our Foundry and Enamel Operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.
• Drive PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.
• Learn plate number and identify colors.
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
• Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.

We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in Enamel Shop. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
