As our product and platform continue to evolve rapidly, so too must the way we communicate value to our customers and prospects. We’re constantly iterating on how we describe what Moveworks does, how we differentiate in a competitive AI landscape, and how we enable our customer-facing teams to tell a clear, compelling story. As our GTM and sales enablement team grows, keeping our materials current and aligned with the latest product capabilities and market insights is more important than ever.

That’s where you come in... We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative team member to lead the refresh and evolution of our GTM content and sales enablement resources over the next 6 months. As a member of the GTM Enablement team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, and our Sales Ecosystem Leadership to ensure that every pitch deck, battlecard, and sales play reflects our most up-to-date messaging and strategy. In addition to updating core sales assets, you’ll apply instructional design best practices to revamp our on-demand enablement content—making sure our training resources are not only current, but engaging, effective, and easy to consume for a fast-moving sales org.

What you bring to the table
  • A keen eye for detail and a highly organized approach to managing multiple content updates, versions, and deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills—you can distill complex information into clear, compelling, and easy-to-follow content
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating or updating on-demand learning content (e-learnings, guided walkthroughs, LMS modules)
  • Experience supporting sales enablement efforts, such as updating pitch decks, product marketing collateral, competitive battlecards, sales plays, or other training materials
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Mindtickle, Notion, and Gong
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and multiple projects in flight
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done—even if it’s not glamorous
