Qualifications

• 10–15 years in operations, training, or enablement in EVS/food service/hospitality/retail
• 5+ years in senior leadership building standards and field enablement
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience translating program design into field‑ready playbooks & training
• Proven ability to scale playbooks and drive adoption across multi‑site teams

Responsibilities

• Build and own playbooks, SOPs, and brand standards for deployment across regions and service lines
• Oversee mobilization model and ensure account openings and launches align with growth and standardization
• Collaborate with Category, Operations, and Regional leadership to create field-ready training and rollout plans
• Monitor regional standardization and drive corrective actions for gaps in adoption and readiness
• Escalate and manage risks to ensure on-time go‑live and client satisfaction
• Develop and mentor enablement teams; establish certification and career paths
• Own enablement KPIs (speed to standardization, adoption, SOP compliance, launch readiness)
• Drive continuous improvement of content and tools; benchmark against industry practices
