Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Enablement Director to design and own the playbooks, standards, and enablement infrastructure that ensure consistent, repeatable execution across EVS, Patient Dining, Retail, and other service lines. You will partner with senior leaders to translate program design into field-ready training and launch playbooks, while coaching enablement teams to high performance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in operations, training, or enablement in EVS/food service/hospitality/retail
• 5+ years in senior leadership building standards and field enablement teams
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• PMI-PMP preferred; certification in instructional design or curriculum development strongly preferred
• Proven experience translating program design into field-ready playbooks, training, and launch plans

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve playbooks, SOPs, and brand standards for unit deployment
• Oversee mobilization model and prioritization of new account openings
• Partner with Category, Operations, and Regional leadership to translate programs into training and launch plans
• Ensure regional consistency and drive corrective actions for adoption and SOP compliance
• Hold teams accountable to timelines and go-live commitments
• Develop talent pipelines and certification programs across enablement
• Track enablement KPIs (standardization, adoption, go-live, client satisfaction)
• Manage risk and escalation for readiness and launch issues
• Drive continuous improvement of training content and tools
• Collaborate across Category, Regional Support, and Central Enablement
• Travel 20–30% for on-site openings and launches
