Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years in payment systems and EMV technologies
• At least 4 years in software or hardware testing and certification workflows
• At least 3 years in product development or technical project support

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and administrative certification lifecycle (3–4+ week timelines) for partners and developers for Level 2 requirements
• Serve as primary operational contact during certification, resolving high-volume technical queries
• Lead technical discussions with product providers, manage expectations and momentum across projects
• Coordinate cross-functional steps to move certification projects from intake to final approval
• Leverage EMV knowledge and security standards to ensure compliance with network specs
