Job summary

ASM Global-SMG is looking for an EMT – Operations to provide emergency medical services at Sames Auto Arena in Laredo, Texas. Responsibilities include delivering professional guest service, emergency medical care, and maintaining cleanliness of EMS equipment.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Medical Response Technician certification through the appropriate agency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service.
• Provide emergency medical care within certification limits.
• Complete thorough documentation of all medical skills.
• Disinfect and maintain cleanliness of EMS equipment, supplies, and treatment areas.
• Assist in coordination of emergency situations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Provide emergency medical care within limits of certification.
• Complete thorough documentation of all medical skills.
• Disinfect and maintain cleanliness of EMS equipment, supplies and treatment areas.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations when necessary.
• Assist in coordination of emergency situations.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and staff.
• Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic.
