Job summary

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is seeking an EMT Transport to support the EMS Transport Services team. This role will assist Paramedics in safe patient transport and respond to EMS requests while coordinating with healthcare teams.

Duties include follow-up with protocols and delivering patient care under supervision. The position requires BCLS within 30 days, a valid driver license, and credentials such as EMT- State or CMA/RMA variants, plus at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• DL/Driver License is required.
• Paramedic, EMT-State, CMA/CCMA, NRCMA, or RMA credentials accepted.
• Certificate or Associate Degree required.
• 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Paramedic in rendering safe and effective treatment and transport of Osceola Hospital patients.
• Respond to EMS Call-Center requests and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
• Provide quality care under direction of a Paramedic or RN in the Emergency Department.
• Follow Medical Protocols and departmental policy.
