Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to use security systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency care and facilitate transport to medical facilities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and enforce site policies.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with dispatch and medical responders.
• Document incidents with accuracy and complete logs per shift requirements.
• Conduct regular patrols of the client sites and report safety concerns.
• Assist with safety and security procedures for diverse client environments.
