Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and basic medical assistance techniques.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• PC skills with Windows; familiarity with MS-Office and email.
• Previous public relations and/or casino security experience desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with others and maintain professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality in gaming enterprise matters.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency rescue activities at accident scenes.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed.
• Conduct cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Enforce security regulations and casino policies.
• Guard transfer of money, chips and tokens between locations.
• Execute all security-related duties for the casino.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and policy.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal laws and tribal ordinances.
• Type reports accurately using ITrak and submit timely.
• Protect patrons, employees, and casino assets.
• Follow chain of command and proper posts.
• Attend and participate in training to improve EMS skills.
• Interview, investigate, and document incidents per policy.
• Contribute to Team ROCk philosophy and professional conduct.
• Present oneself as a credit to River Rock Casino.
• Meet attendance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
