Job summary

Eagle Mountain Casino is seeking a Security Officer/ EMT to patrol the Porterville, CA property, deliver emergency medical care, and ensure guest and team member safety. The role requires handling money escorts, incident response, and coordination with local authorities.

You will administer Basic Life Support within scope of training, communicate with EMS, and maintain detailed incident reports while upholding casino regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current California Guard Card or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Must possess California State EMT-1A and/or National Registry EMT and CPR/AED certificates.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrols casino premises to deter crime, maintain order, and respond to incidents.
• Administers Basic Life Support and coordinates with EMS for sick or injured individuals.
• Escorts money, chip fills, tickets, and monitors drop/count activities.
• Ensures safety of guests and Team Members on casino premises and related areas.
• Prepares required reports and maintains records of activities.
