Job summary

Allied Universal in Monroe, MI is hiring a Security Officer Full Time EMT Response to safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial settings. You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

EMT certification is required; driving post conditions apply. CPR/First Aid are preferred, HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ (21+ if armed), and background checks will be conducted in accordance with law.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required by law where applicable.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies in a manufacturing/industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and report unusual activity.
• Document incidents and patrols in accordance with Allied Universal reporting procedures.
