Allina Health EMS is hiring an EMT to serve the community with hands-on training and mentorship within a hospital-based system that supports growth. You will respond to 911 calls, provide life support in the field under a paramedic’s direction, and transport patients to facilities as needed.
The role requires licensure as an EMT with BLS certification and a valid driver’s license. You will operate and stock EMS vehicles, document reports, and participate in ongoing safety and credentialing

Responds and provides pre-hospital 911 services in the scope of certification and under the direction of a paramedic. Provides safe and comfortable transport from facility to facility. Maintains and operates vehicle adhering to driving laws and company policy. Stocks and cleans vehicles.
Pay Range: $23.92 to $31.67 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
