Mitchell County Regional Health Center (MCRHC) is a 25‑bed critical access hospital in Osage, Iowa, serving the 10,600 population of Mitchell County. We provide Level 4 Trauma Center emergency services, 3,200 ER visits annually, and over 1,300 surgical procedures per year across multiple specialties.
The Prn EMT role may respond to emergency and non‑emergency requests, providing Basic Life Support (BLS) as needed and transporting sick or injured patients to the appropriate medical facility. Primary duties include staffing a second crew and conducting inter‑facility transfers. The EMT may work with a Paramedic or other EMS personnel and must comply with Iowa Department of Public Health standards and MCRHC values.

Shift: All Shifts
Pay: $17.75/hour, increases with experience.
