Mitchell County Regional Health Center (MCRHC) is a 25‑bed critical access hospital located in Osage, Iowa, serving a population of 10,600 in Mitchell County. The hospital includes a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room that sees approximately 3,200 visits annually and a Surgical Services department that performs over 1,300 procedures per year, covering General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, and Podiatry.
MCRHC has more than 250 employees, an average tenure of eight years, and is a member of the MercyOne network. The facility offers 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient medical/surgical care, and operates three clinics. Recent investments have upgraded its infrastructure.
This position reports to the Director of Emergency Medical Services. Primary duties include staffing a second crew call position, driving inter‑facility transfers, and supporting the policies and procedures of the Ambulance Department and MCRHC. The role maintains the highest possible standards to provide the highest level of care and treatment to patients using the ambulance service.

Shift: All Shifts
Pay: $15.64 per hour, increases with experience.
