North Central Surgical Center, a Baylor Scott & White affiliated hospital in Dallas, TX, seeks an EMT/Patient Care Tech to join its Emergency Department team. You will assist patients with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing assistant care under the direction of the Clinical Director.

Requirements include one year ED experience (preferred), high school diploma, CPR certification, and CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year Emergency Department experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Ability to follow established cleaning methods.
• Keep equipment in good working condition.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living in the Emergency Department.
• Provide basic nursing assistant care to Emergency Department patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment under supervision of Clinical Director.
• Access storage areas for performing patient care duties within scope.

We are currently seeking an EMT/Patient Care Tech to join our Emergency Departmentteam.

Assist patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing assistant care toour Emergency Department patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director. Authorized to access storage areas for the purpose of performing patient care duties within the scope of practice.

Required Skills:

• One (1) year Emergency Department experience, preferred.
• High school student or graduate or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferred
• Previous clinical experience preferred
• Current certification in CPR
• Possess the ability to follow established cleaning methods in performing daily tasks.
• Must be able to keep all equipment in good working condition.
