CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide basic first aid through life-saving care at worksites and support workers' health and safety.

This role blends clinical and field work, requires quick decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; compensation ranges from $32 to $35 per hour and positions are on-site at construction sites.

Qualificações

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience.
• 911 experience required.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe workplace.

As a CAREonsite EMT/Paramedic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing basic first aid through life-saving medical care. This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical and field work, where you may be part of a team or working independently.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: PRN
• Pay: $32 - $35 / hour

What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards.
• Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements:

Construction site; Drug and Alcohol Testing experience.
