Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital is seeking an EMT-Paramedic for night shifts. You will assess and manage medical, trauma and environmental emergencies under supervision of the ER staff and physician, and assist with patient care under the ER RN's direction.

Required credentials include Basic EMT-P Registry, current BCLS, ACLS and PALS, CPI within 6 months, and ER experience is preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• EMT-Paramedic registration is required at hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications must be current.
• CPI verification within 6 months and renewed annually.
• BCLS certification current at hire and maintained.
• ER experience preferred but not mandatory.

Assists with patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice under the direct supervision of the ER Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

• Basic EMT-P Registry
• E.R. experience preferred
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• CPI within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS certification upon hire and maintain current.
