Job summary

Bayview Physicians Group is seeking an EMT-Intermediate (EMT-I), EMT-Advanced (EMT-A), or Paramedic (EMT-P) to join our Urgent Care team. You’ll work under Urgent Care Physicians, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

We offer a fast-paced, team-driven setting with opportunities to expand your clinical skills and make a real impact on patient care and outcomes. Competitive pay ranges from $18–$29/hour depending on specialty and schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an EMT-I, EMT-A, or Paramedic program.
• Current Virginia or National Registry EMT-I, EMT-A, or EMT-P certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of field experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with invasive and non-invasive procedures, including EKGs, IV insertions, and phlebotomy.
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
• Collect, document, and interpret patient data to support clinical decision-making.
• Maintain a safe, efficient patient care environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences.
