Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of EMT-I/EMT-A or Paramedic program required.
• Current Virginia or National Registry EMT-I/EMT-A/EMT-P certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of field experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with invasive and non-invasive procedures, including EKGs, IV insertions, and phlebotomy.
• Deliver safe, age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
• Collect, document, and interpret patient data to support clinical decision-making.
• Maintain a safe, efficient patient care environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences.
