Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified EMT-A and EMT-P in the responsible state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• FDA training completion for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, AIDS education, and donor history interview.
• Assess donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings or guidance.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with EHS for investigations.
