Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is hiring EMTs and Paramedics across multiple Wisconsin locations, including Janesville.

You will provide high-quality patient care during emergency transport and scheduled medical transports, while navigating to addresses and reporting findings to medical staff. The role requires EMT or Paramedic licensure, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a drug screen and driving tests.

Qualifications

• EMT National Registry and/or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical and lifting examination and a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated in EMT training.
• Provide safe transportation with accurate map reading and location discernment.
• Assess a patient and convey condition to other medical professionals.
• Provide accurate written reports of patient condition and treatment.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels.
• Document billing information accurately.
