Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking EMTs and Paramedics across Wisconsin locations, including Elkhorn, to provide patient care per their EMT/Paramedic training and to transport patients safely.

Qualifications

• NREMT or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle in various conditions.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical and a drug screening.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated in EMT training.
• Provide safe transportation and accurate map reading.
• Assess a patient and convey condition to medical professionals.
• Provide accurate written report describing patient condition, medical history, and treatment.
• Provide documentation for billing information.
• Maintain vehicle sanitary condition and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
