Job summary

AMR in Dekalb County, Georgia is hiring an EMT-Intermediate (EMTI) for full-time emergency medical response. The EMTI will assess patients, provide care, document treatments, and coordinate with public safety teams to deliver high-quality medical services.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, State EMT license, State Driver's License, BLS, and NREMT, plus a valid driving record and ability to pass a physical agility test. Healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use EMT skills to provide care using communications, equipment, cleaning procedures, and office tools.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
