• Evidence of good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in presentation techniques, good human relations skills, and knowledge of adult learning and group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provides education according to the specified curriculum required.
• Observes actions during practice, provides feedback, and guides towards skill acquisition.
• Tests for competency and provides remediation as necessary.
• Collaborates to develop educational programs that meet Virtua’s needs.
• Assists in evaluating existing materials and programs to provide high-quality offerings.
