Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking an Emergency Vehicle Operator/EMT to join their ground transport team in Clinton, Maryland. This role involves medically transporting patients to various facilities while collaborating with paramedics and nurses.

Candidates will need valid NREMT and EMT certifications for both Maryland and Washington D.C. This exciting position requires operating an ambulance for 40 hours/week, including self-scheduling for shifts. The role offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT and State EMT for MD and DC.
• Must obtain DC EMT certification within 30 days of hire.
• No more than four points on driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground ambulance safely and efficiently.
• Inspect ambulance at the start of each shift.
• Transport patients to various locations as assigned.
