Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved EMT training program.
• Current EMT certification through NREMT.
• Georgia state EMT license valid and driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide pre-hospital care per protocols.
• Assess patient conditions and stabilize with CPR, AED, airway management and bleeding control.
• Safely transport patients while continuing care en route.
• Adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
