Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking full-time healthcare staff to support detainee care. The role involves collecting medical histories, taking vital signs, and coordinating with medical providers to ensure timely treatment across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Applicants should have BLS and EMT certifications, preferably NREMT, and must be local to the Tucson area. A Tier 4 security clearance is required to start. Compensation includes hourly pay with a supplemental differential.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Certification as an EMT.
• NREMT is preferred.
• Minimum one year experience within the last 24 months.
• Tier 4 Security Clearance required to start.
• Must be local.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical histories and vital signs for detainees on intake.
• Assists with appointments, emergencies and sick calls, taking vital signs and documenting complaints.
• Documents detainee contacts with signatures and name stamps.
• Ensures provider orders are implemented.
• Coordinates detainee health care with other staff.
• Coordinates referrals to off-site providers.
• Performs record keeping per program policies.
