Job summary

Total Access Urgent Care in Missouri seeks EMTs to join our fast-paced clinical team. You will triage patients, monitor vitals, apply splints, and assist providers in a wide range of emergent and urgent care services across our local sites.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, three days per week, driver’s license required, and tuition reimbursement plus comprehensive benefits. Start wage is $18 per hour with potential increases up to $3–$5 hourly within two years based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT, EMT-B, or EMT-I).
• Full-Time (3 days a week).
• 12-hour shifts (no overnights), alternate weekends, alternate holidays.
• Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and practice more skills because you are trained and trusted with a wider scope of practice including IVs, EKGs, and splinting.
• Triage patients to differentiate between immediate and less urgent care.
• Take patient vital signs and communicate patient needs and patient status to the providers.
• Apply splints and wound dressings, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments including sterilization.
• Serve as a resource for other clinical staff.
