Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ is seeking an EMT-B to join the EMS team on a full-time basis, with a 36-hour weekly schedule including weekends and holidays. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma, NJ EMT certification or reciprocity eligibility (NREMT preferred), and BLS.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a Certified EMT-B in a 911 system preferred.
• Current NJ EMT certification or eligible for reciprocity; NREMT preferred.
• BLS certification and valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital Basic Life Support care in all weather conditions as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, treat, lift, move and transport patients to appropriate facilities.
• Complete required EMS documentation and support efficient EMS operations with a professional attitude.
